Staged cleaning between trades. Dust control, surface wipe-downs and site tidiness so the next crew can start clean and clients see a professional site.

$70/hr per cleaner

3 hour minimum · weekly schedules available

Pre-Handover Final Clean

The big one. Full detail clean covering cabinetry, glass, tracks, fixtures, wet areas, kitchens, floors and all the spots inspectors look. Photo report included.

$80/hr per cleaner

4 hour minimum · crew sized to job

Defect & Re-Cleans

Touch-up cleans after inspections or PCI defect lists. Same-day mobilisation in most cases, no re-mob fee if we did the original clean.

$75/hr per cleaner

2 hour minimum · priority for existing clients
